CRM Support Consultant
 Identify, document and analyze all business processes in Business Blue Print for direct sales, dealer
sales & Government sales and map them onto SAP functionality.
 Proficiency in SAP methodology phases: Project Preparation, Business Blue Print documents,
Realization, Final Preparation and Making Live.
 Identify the customizing requirements of the client and configured in SAP customization
 Set up the Sales Organization that includes sales area for the direct sales, Dealer sales and
Government sales. Mapped Sales Organization, corporate office, Regional office, branch offices and

Accountabilities:  The vision of the project was to provide support to already
implemented SAP CIC module.
 Reconfigured number ranges and groupings for Business partner and
configured field settings and visual screens.
 Reconfigured Business Partner Relationships in different groups and
maintained as per client requirement and needs; customized and
maintained business partner roles and assigned the role to them.
 Reconfigured the actual / planned date profile for the campaign
management transactions.
 Reconfigured partner determination procedure using access
sequence and used in new transaction type.
 Reconfigured interactive script profile which comes under script tab
in the application area in which script text, profile structure was
created and defined new workspace and assigned complete profile to
ICWC similarly for lead transaction workspace is designed.
 Reconfigured lead groups, origin and priorities and personalized email
forms and created lead management and created target groups and
segmented through marketing attributes and their sets.
 As a part of the post implementation project in Wal-Mart, provided
support from Offsite to solve the issues raised by the End Users and
