2.Verbal reminder to the student of the expected appropriate behavior.

5. Home contact made it by the Teacher.

6. Major disruption student will be referral to Administration.

1. Praise(daily).
2. Pass to choose sitting spot for one day!
3. Allow to listen to music during independent study.
4. Allow to use the last 10-15 minutes of class to play math games.
5. Media Center pass/ Library Pass.
