2.Verbal reminder to the student of the expected appropriate behavior.

3. Consequence applied by the teacher stay after school on Tuesday

(15 minutes).

4. Consequence applied by the teacher stay after class on Tuesday

(45 minutes)

5. Home contact made it by the Teacher.

6. Major disruption student will be referral to Administration.

Logical Rewards (optional)

1. Praise(daily).
2. Pass to choose sitting spot for one day!
3. Allow to listen to music during independent study.
4. Allow to use the last 10-15 minutes of class to play math games.
5. Media Center pass/ Library Pass.
