Tiffany has been making great growth in her pacing. She continues to focus on fine-tuning her pacing while teaching, but planning for
her time is wonderful .

Classroom mangagement has been Tiffany's focus as of late. She has been very reflective of her role as a manager and has given very
firm expectations when teaching. Continue to work on the follow through and anticipating before you see the behaviors. Remember
this is a skill that teachers are constantly working on. We have to change our management due to the class dynamics, the short month,
or unexpected changes.
