The air smelled stale and like car exhaust on the main roads. The side roads around the majority of the homes
above (e.g., noise, smells,
and the park and schools smelled fresh. The parking lots of a few of the apartment complexes smelled like
privacy, light, gardens,
garbage due to large dumpsters. The side roads were quiet, while the main roads were noisy. There were very
trees, plants vs. concrete,
few street lights on the main roads, and almost none on the side roads. The yards in certain areas were well

Evidence of Witnessed a possible drug deal occur, within the community on W Kleindale Rd. The activity arose the students suspicion

There are many lots available for individuals to park at the strip malls. They are very spacious and allow for many
occupants. Within the neighborhoods of the community, the roads were wide enough to occupy both sides of the streets

The main roads included sidewalks, however, some roads were under construction, such as Roger Rd and the
intersection of Flowing Wells Rd and Miracle Mile, which did not provide a designated area of the street for pedestrians to

walk on. Within the community, there were sidewalks present with no observed issues in regard to condition.

Rough, bumpy, visual pot holes, and road surface markings have become faded with some areas not being fully

Roads were in poor condition, under construction, and uneven with multiple pot holes. Construction and road hazards like
cones, signs, and equipment were present along the under-construction roads, such as Roger Rd and the intersection of
Road hazards Flowing Wells Rd and Miracle Mile. Within the neighborhoods of the community, the roads are well kept and maintain,
however, there were streets where the conditions have been damaged due to weather factors (cracks and pot holes).

Night lighting Many of the houses had porch lights throughout the CT, however, the number of street lights varied per neighborhood.
