Assessment:
Prepare a cookbook cover with a catchy slogan in a Word document and then create one original
recipe that has hidden vegetables for children. The Word document will be presented on the
smartboard so the student can explain and present their thought process.
You will receive up to 10 points for each of the following: the cookbook cover, the originality of
the recipe, visuals, and presentation.

Prepare a 1-minute commercial that will be aired on your favorite kid’s channel. This
commercial should explain the nutrition facts about a specific vegetable and why it is important
to eat all vegetables.

commercial, and the video for the commercial.
