What makes Praxair ethical

● Employees are implored to bring up anything that could be considered


unethical such as improper waste disposal or could endanger the
public/environment. Failing to do so could result in employee
termination.

● Managers and representatives must foster and create an environment


that supports their ethical standards.

● Company abides by all of the country's laws


What makes Praxair ethical

● All employees are expected to stay away from questionable (gray-area)


moral activities, such as bribery (even through a third party) and
harassment of any sort

● Smudging numbers and using non-public information to provide a


favorable financial outcome to oneself or an other is strictly prohibited

● All tasks must adhere to the ethical guidelines of the given work sector.
Conclusion

Praxair has been nominated 2 years in a row for most ethical


companies by the requirements required by ethisphere.

Praxair shows dedication to following the ethical standards it has set up


and is strict about its employees and partners do the same.
