Looked to school supplies for
many of these. This one is from
the idea of a spiral notebook. The
spiral is the end that holds all of
the content together for a sense
of collaboration and support. This
option is modern and fast.

OPTION A

Option B has a book that is made
up of the first letters of the National
Labor Management Imitative. This
lock up holds the visual language
that many schools or universities
have with a slightly more modern
typeface. Since this mark will
be seen with the organizations
that make up the National Labor
Management Initiative, the warm
colors were picked to complement
the cool blue tones of the
supporting organizations .

Option C also pulls from school
supply imagery. This mark is inspired
by an African symbol, Nea Onnim,
for life-long knowledge and the
metal part of a no. 2 pencil. There
are also five lines to represent each
one of the partners in the National
Labor Management Initiative.

This mark will be able to stand

alone easily and shows stability
and the interconnected, unique
partners building the National Labor
Management Initiative.
