Dear Glen Tilman,

On February 5, 2018, I bought a new 64” Samsung HD Television from Best Buy. I also paid
extra to have one of your technicians install my new television in my home.

Unfortunately, your service was unsatisfactory because the television fell from the wall an hour
after the service was performed. I am disappointed because not only is my new television
damaged, my glass living room table was destroyed as well. I have children in the house and
the thought of them being in room when the TV fell angers me!

To resolve the problem, I would appreciate if your company refund me all of my money and
replace my television. Enclosed are copies of my records.

I look forward to your reply and a resolution to my problem and will wait 48 hours before seeking
help from a consumer protection agency or Better Business Bureau. Please contact me at the
