Evaluation: Logic Model

The scope of the proposed needs assessment offered in Module 4 is minimized in this

evaluation. The feedback provided served to reign in the objectives of the assessment thus while

the premise and the intent of the training program is the same, the initial expected outcomes are

narrowed and center solely on the increased financial literacy of the target population.
