1. Introduction
The legislative framework development of the Greek real estate, which was signed
between the Troika and the Greek government (memorandum / 2011 – English loan
agreement), in the case of a price according to international standards based on
actuarial studies per project and overall strategic planning, will benefit the German
and Greek society in total, as guarantor and obligor, respectively.
The achievement of one of our key objectives for the development of the Greek
properties and specifically the implementation of our proposal "Metropolitan -
Residential Park Ellinon Politeia” (www.ellinonpoliteia.org), will be achieved
through partnerships with German companies, financial organizations and credit
institutions.
Through the cooperation of our company with production teams from both
countries, there will be the possibility of promoting quality products from one
consumer to another and to the international market.
The corporate form, that we selected, has been successfully tested and will provide
a maximum economic result: absolute transparency at all levels of activities and
mutual benefits for everyone (Business Philosophy).

The business strategy is supported by people who will join in the organizational
development, which have been of unlimited help from Greece and particularly in the
proposal "Ellinon Politeia", as in the success of the company’s operation in Germany,
since July 2012, as well as by young associate’s consultants who are already
participating in Germany.
The company's site will be updated on the company's human resources in Germany
and Greece.
Introduction
a. The financing for all the above company’s activities will come from two bond
loan issuances, totaling up to 28 million euros.
c. The bond will have, for each investor, the annual interest rate of 4.10% and a
duration of 5 years.
d. The company will provide optional exchange right, to the holders of the
bonds of the issuance “LOGOS HELLENIC 1”, with shares or bonds of the
issuances made by the subsidiary company’s legal entities.
e. Data and valuation report of the property which will be mortgaged, as soon
as the company covers the original amount from investors, totaling 1 million
euros. The expenses, amounting approximately 200,000 euros, will be borne
by the company.

and development, will be reported in the detailed business plan of the company.
F Η.1 – Life Growth: It is the company’s general brand name, which will cover all
the products through the primary production process from the Greek land and will
promote the uniqueness of the Greek agricultural products’ quality.
For agricultural products, the company will operate immediately, with first
product the olive oil (olive extract), starting from the 2013-2014 production in the
Municipality of Ermionida, prefecture of Argolida.
The company innovates globally in this product, using the appropriate software
and technology, in order to ensure excellent quality and traceability.

Expectation of Revenues:
From the detailed business plan result five years revenues, always with the fixed
profit of the company of 2.00 euros, without being achieved better price, worth about
16 million euros.
Apart from our headquarters in Germany, the company has presence in Ermionida,
Greece (Peloponnese) and in the southern suburbs of Athens (Glyfada).
We have experience in the real estate development since 1976 in the area of the
Municipality of Ermionida. This particular area was developed from 1955 by
purchases made by international celebrities (Peter Smith, Niarchos, Libanos, Liar),
and today has become a place of residence and a reference point for the international
jet set. From the past investors, is the current king of Holland (purchase 2011).
The company will invest specifically in the municipality of Ermionida, where it has
already an infrastructure and experience. It will expand the purchasing public,
taking in advantage of the international market through its headquarters in
Düsseldorf, as it has already in its portfolio of intangible assets, database, properties
for use, infrastructures and the expertise of “E. D. GOUTOS S.A.”
www.goutos.de: This domain name will operate exclusively for properties owned
by HDB AG or for properties which have the exclusive use, for example, for
properties of the associate company “Berto Properties Limited”, shareholder of
which is the CEO of the company by 100%. HDB AG will receive the 50% of the use
of the above properties. The properties, which are in use, will be contributed to the
company, after the assent of our legal advisors, here in Germany.

being presented through the website www.goutos.com
The human resources of the company has the ability and experience to manage the
development of projects, as it has extensive experience and expertise in developing
innovative software solutions.
Our goal is, investing through contracts with internationally renowned software
companies, to develop applications in order to cover the needs of the company, as
well as the commercial use of web applications that are already operating.

The company, through its Chief Executive Officer, owns all the copyrights of the
proposal “Metropolitan - Residential Park Ellinon Politeia”
(www.ellinonpoliteia.org), a proposal which has been submitted from him, as
president of a Greek anonymous company, to the HRADF and the Greek
government in 2011.
The total budget of the project, covering all costs (costs of financing, studies,
construction, operating costs, etc.) is at 13.2 billion euros. The proposal will be
submitted to the HRADF, with notification to the Financial Stability Fund, European
Central Bank, the German government, the Greek government and it will be in Swiss
francs which will cover the risk of any involved investor. The assets of the project
exceed the 100 billion euros, equivalent in Swiss francs.

The HRADF is a Greek company by private law and owner of about 80 thousand
properties, formerly owned by the Hellenic Republic. Germany, as a state, has
guaranteed, through the Financial Stability Fund based in Luxembourg, for the debts
of Greece to the Eurozone.

The 'Academic City' is the proposal of HDB AG for the development of an area of
approximately 1,000 acres of DEPOS, in the municipality of Ermionida.
The anonymous company DEPOS1 solved and was placed under liquidation. Its
ownership is expected to be received by the HRADF for development, after the
completion of the liquidation tasks of the company, in accordance with Law
3986/2011 (Memorandum I).
For the developing of this property, the Managing Director of the company had
discussions with the Professional Chamber of Moscow, in May 2012.
