GORKHA ECO SOLID PANEL

Gorkha Eco Panels are made up of a mixture of expanded polystyrene beads (EPS), cement, water, sand and
bonding agents and using calcium silicate board (non-asbestos) as sheathing. Silicate board will increase strength,
seismic and fire resistance and heat, sound and moisture insula on proper es.
Specification
● Length: 1830 mm
● Width: 610 mm
● Thickness: 60, 75, 90, 100, 120, 150, 180 & 200mm

Features
1. Lightweight

Weight around 650-750 kg/m3. Compared to normal clay bricks, that is 3 mes lighter! Lesser weight
means lesser reinforcement required, which means a lot of money on the whole construc on is saved.
2. Fire Resistant
Resistant to fire, moisture, pest, mold, and most of all earthquakes. Research engineers have proven that
using AAC in building will reduce life risks by 4 mes. Can stand fire for more than 7 hours, clay bricks can only
stand 2 hours.
3.Faster During Installation
Larger size means laborers can work faster and build those walls in lesser me. Plus, unlike bricks, AAC can
be sawed, drilled and worked on like wood. AAC uses less mortar to be installed because its sizes are always same
and have lesser joints, and also save money in plaster.
4. An Insulator
AAC can protect from the harsh weather outside. AAC can save you money while you switch on that AC.
Weather outside will always be kept outside.
5. Eco-Friendly
Unlike bricks, AAC doesn’t release harmful gases during its produc on. It is made of waste material from
thermal plants. It requires the least amount of energy to be produced among other construc on materials as well.

6. A Sound Barrier
AAC can dras cally reduce outdoor noise entering your home. In the same way, it can help homely
discussions stay at home.

Quality Uniform/finished
Dry wall partition system with lightweight aerated concrete infill

a) Install the steel structure.

b) Assemble calcium (or fiber cement) boards from both sides.

c) Finish your electrical works and pour the lightweight concrete inside of your par on wall.

Lightweight concrete spreads out inside of the wall and becomes dry and solid. There are no empty spaces inside of
walls because when aerated concrete spreads out it has some pressure and fills all gaps.

Lightweight cellular concrete or lightweight aerated concrete has a very good adhesion with calcium silicate or fiber
cement boards and over me the system (monolithic construc on) is becoming stronger and stronger.

Drywall par ons 100 mm thick with 9mm Calcium Silicate Board Facing on both sides and Lightweight Non
Autoclave Aerated Concrete Infill.

This dry wall system consists of:

1. Steel structure: Stud S83, 0.7mm thick, galvanized and Track T92, 0.7mm thick, galvanized

2. Calcium silicate board 100% non-asbestos having minimum stated density of 1200 kg/m3 and thickness 9mm

3. Lightweight aerated concrete
