    An inspection of the substation and PCA buildings found that HVAC duct actuators on the roof were only rated for outdoor use, PVC conduits for grounding cables were laid on the roof without supports or clamps, and minimum distances were not maintained between AC and DC cables in the cable cellar room. Other issues found included 480V power cables installed in control cable trays and UPS battery cables over 3 meters long without supports that were touching the ground and sharp edges of cable trays.

    Small Power tx’s directly glanded Into FRP Insualtion of transformer body without gland plate body. It
    should be typical with gland plate installed for all other transformers.

    UPS batteries cable length more then 3 meters without support & cable touching to the ground and
    sharp edges of cable trays for tag no: 40-UBT-4001B
