The above mentioned days were some of the required days, yet I choose to limit my leave of absence on
this days due to my commitment in work. Also, I would like to request a copy of certification of
employment that will be presented as a proof of my excuse for not attending the other scheduled
activities for graduating students as per demanded by the Affiliates of TIP QC. I know this is too much
but I hope you’ll understand.
