SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

That I, JERRY B. PASIAN of legal age, Filipino, married, with present residence at
530 Evermeadow Road, SW Calgary, Alberta, Canada, do hereby NAME, CONSTITUTE
AND APPOINT my sister in law MARY GRACE A. BAGSANG-LEM-EW, of legal age,
Filipino, married, and with residence at P339 Poliwes, Baguio City, to be my true and
lawful Attorney-in-Fact, for me and in my name, place and stead to do and perform all
of any of the following:

1. To represent me for and in my behalf in the claiming proceeds of my PHILAM

LIFE Policy Quick Cashbuilder with face amount Php 100, 000.00 and Policy
Number 1006786625 until its Termination Date on April 28, 2020;

2. That she may sign any documents regarding said policy and to accept the
cheque/cash proceeds in my behalf;

3. To receive the proceeds of the Sale of my Property at Cordon Isabela under

the name of Ma. Lisa Sinaoy, and to sign documents in my behalf;

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto the said ATTORNEY-IN-FACT full

power and authority to do and perform all and every act and deed
whatsoever requisite and necessary to be done in and about the premises, as
fully as to all intents and purposes as I may could lawfully do if personally
present with all the power of substitution or revocation and hereby
RATIFYING and CONFIRMING all that my ATTORNEY-IN-FACT or his
substitute can lawfully do or cause to be done by virtue thereof.
