Tour Agreement.

An Agreement made the 01 04 2018

Between ON THE MOVE hereinafter referred to as the ‘Tour Managers’

AND LEO MCARDLE hereinafter referred to as the ‘Artist’

WITNESSETH that the Tour Managers hereby engages the Artist and the Artist
agrees to the engagement to perform as Leo McArdle at the venues(s), on the
dates and for the periods and at the salary stated hereto.

SCHEDULE
The Artiste agrees to appear at THREE (3) Open Mic Night’s as follows:

At The Globe Bar,

53-57 Westport,
DUNDEE,
DD1 5ER
On the 16/04/2018
For a salary of £8.30- Travel Expenses

At The Greenroom,
97 Canal Crescent,
PERTH,
PH2 8HX
On the 18/04/2018
For a salary of £16.60- Travel Expenses

At Nicky Tams,
29 Baker Street,
STIRLING,
FK8 1BJ
On the 19/04/2018
For a salary of £0.00- No expenses accrued

1) Payment
The guaranteed fee for this engagement is £24.90 to cover travel expenses
accrued.
a) The Artist will receive payment for travel expenses on each night they are
scheduled to perform.
b) Should the Artist cancel any scheduled show, no payment will be provided.
c) Should the Tour Managers fail to provide payment on the night, the Artist is
not required to perform.

2) Sound and Lights

The venue(s) will provide all light and sound equipment.

3) Promotion
The Tour Managers will create posters on the artists behalf.

4) Merchandising.
a) The Artist has the exclusive right but no obligation to sell merchandise at
each show.
b) The Artist keeps 100% of monies generated from these sales
5) Decline to perform
The Artiste reserves the right to decline to perform without prejudice to the full
agreed fee in the event of any reason beyond the control of the Artiste
including but not limited to strike, lock out, war, fire, serious or dangerous
weather conditions.

6) Special Stipulations
The exact running times for this engagement are to be advised on each night
