Dear: Hasbro

On February 6, 2018, I bought a Transformers: Generations Power Of The Primes Voyager

Class Grimlock at Wal-Mart, February 6, 2018 at the North Tryon Location.

Unfortunately, your product has broken parts, stress marks due to poor directions on the
instruction sheet and the paint quality was full of run overs. Because of the poor quality of this
particular product, I am disappointed, the product just doesn’t hold up to its price point for 29.99.
The plastic is very weak and fragile in some places where it should be strong enough to support
the figure.

To resolve the problem, I would appreciate it if you send a product of the same item with better
quality, repair my original, and refund the money I’ve paid or simply just exchange for the same
item. Enclosed are copies of my records.

I look forward to your reply and a resolution to my problem and will wait until May 6th 2018
before seeking help from a consumer protection agency or Better Business Bureau. Please
