General Function and Job Duties:

Able to withstand a slap for multiple MEME usage, wearing tights with green
underwear, remind Mr. Wayne to carry Shark repellant, kiss Poison Ivy with
rubber lips, assemble the Titains and break away to eventually become
Nightwing.

Characteristics Duties and Responsibilities:

 Speak out of term when you have an asinine idea.


 Jump off really high buildings at night with low lit lighting, risking the
chances of splitting your tights
 Keeping an extra pair of tights in your utility belt.
 Stay behind Mr. Wayne when leading in chase.
 You and Alfred run to the nearest Home Depo on Sunday mornings to
get the secret ingredient for the shark repellant. (will tell you once hired)
 Be a good kisser to kiss the women for me from time to time.
 Do multiple flips to evade unnecessary punches.
 Find members for your Teen and able to branch off and become your
own leader when Mr. Wayne gets really old.

Minimum Qualifications:

Associate Degree from a regionally accredited institution in Engineering


Technology, Building Science or Construction Management; certification in
Project Management and four years of related experience.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Worker Characteristics:


 Advanced knowledge of commercial and institutional facilities operations
including the maintenance and
repair of exterior building elements, roofing, interior floor/ceiling/wall
finishes, doors/windows, and lighting systems
 Knowledge of construction project management techniques, including
scheduling, field inspections, contract administration, budgeting,
contractor payment approval, and project close-out
 Ability to prepare facility repair and improvement works scopes, solicit
contractor quotes, and evaluate bid proposals
 Knowledge of the college’s CFMC contract provisions, policies, and
procedures
 Ability to read/interpret construction documents, technical specifications
and construction documents
 Ability to coordinate, monitor, and evaluate the work outside contracted
service providers
 Strong organizational and problem solving skills
 Good communication skill, verbal and written
 Knowledge of standard office procedures and use of portable digital
devices
 Proficiency in MS Office products
 Knowledge of basic purchasing, accounting and record keeping

Conditions of Employment:
Salary for this position is $42,935 - $65,260. Pay grade for this position is K.
Initial placement for new employees is customarily at entry level through 25%
percentile. Contract type is Professional. Ability to work a flexible schedule,
which may include off-shift hours, evening and weekend assignments may be
required of any position. All positions are subject to budget approval. CPCC
