    -Some duties included washing glassware, sterilizing glassware in autoclave, making solutions, and making agar
    plates and LB broth with specific antibiotic.
    -Experience with PCR, DNA analysis, Protein analysis/purification (enzyme kinetics)
    -In 2017, worked on a project of culturing spores in synthetic media for a contract with local biotech. company.
