Description
1. Player A passes to Player B
and follows his/her pass.
2. A passes to B (and follows).
B lays it back to A. A passes
to C. C lays it back ...
3. A passes to B (and follows).
B lays it back to A. A plays
the space in front of B. B
passes to C. C lays it back ...
 Team X scores by
completing 5 passes then
passing to Team +.
 Team O sends 1 defender
into X’s box.
 If O wins the ball or the ball
goes out, they switch places
with X and X defends +.
 If X scores, O stays in the
middle and defends +.
 Add a second defender.
 Teams score by passing to a
target (+) on either side of
the field.
 After scoring, teams must
find targets on the opposite
side of the field to earn a 2nd
point. Targets on the near
side may be used as support
players.
 Losing team switches with
target players.
