that a recycling industrial revolution
is the only resolution to our consumptive vice.

plug your nose because the smell serves as a strong reminder

that precious no longer describes
the gold and silver veins of ore, more
so the elements of reuse and recycling.

reduce. reuse. recycle. recalibrate.

on second though this smell might not stink.
it offers a chance, a redo to show reverence
for the superorganism from which we draw our resilience.

holy SHIT does it smell—like we might be on to something here.

I MEAN HOLY SHIT WE ARE ON TO SOMETHING.
perhaps this recycling revolution will make
its way into history—textbooks, reused of course.
