This purpose of this check list is to ensure that the pump installation is ready for commissioning before
Patterson’s service engineers arrive at site. This is so that commissioning can proceed without delays or
problems.

Confirmation of completion is required on each of the following points in order for Patterson to schedule a
commissioning visit. If there are any questions please contact Patterson for assistance.

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS
