STATEMENT OF FAITH

I. We believe that the Bible is verbal, plenary inspired Word of God. (2 Timothy
3:16)
II. We believe in God, the supreme personal eternal being, the source and the
beginning of all things, absolute in His attributes, existing in Trinity. (Genesis
1:1-2)
III. We believe in the person of the Holy Spirit; we believe that He executes the
divine plan for our salvation; He indwells the believers and empowers them
for our service. (Acts 5:3-4)
IV. We believe that man was created by God in His own image, and by His own
personal choice fell into sin and death; hence every person is sinful and under
condemnation. (Genesis 1:26-27)
V. We believe that salvation is wholly of grace, and that the Lord Jesus Christ is
only way to salvation. (John 3:16)
VI. We believe those who receive the Lord Jesus Christ as their personal Savior
are eternally saved and the security of the believers rest upon the finished
work of Christ on the cross of Calvary. (1 John 5:11-13)
VII. We believe in the virgin birth of our Lord Jesus Christ, His deity, His sinless
life and vicarious death. We believe in His bodily resurrection and ascension
and His personal pre-millennial return. (Romans 9:5)
VIII. We believe that the New Testament church is a congregation of baptized
believers, practicing New Testament principles, holding forth its doctrine,
observing its ordinances, exercising its authority and proclaiming Christ’s
gospel. (Matthew 16:16-18)
IX. We believe in the eternal blessedness of the saved in heaven and the eternal
punishment of the lost in hell of eternal fire. (Revelation 21:4)
X. We believe in the personal separation, and ecclesiastical separation; we take
a stand against any trends in doctrines and practice which leads to
discrediting the Bible and undermining the fundamentals of faith.
