1 GENERAL INTRODUCTION OF MEETING ATTENDEES:

The meeting began at 10:00 am with the introduction of member both from
1.1 ADK Consortium and China State Hualong Construction.

2 SUBJECT MATTER
The MEP Director requested for a layout on the existing services lines(cable) on
2.1 the site from which the above project is to be executed.

3 CONSULTANTS RESPONSE TO ITEM 2.1

The Consultant (ADK Consortium) indicated that the three appointed

service/utility providers companies namely Vodafone Ghana,Ghana Water
Company and lastly ECG are yet to produce the existing layout drawing of
services on the site but assured its availability a week from this day of
meeting.He further indicated that the Client(Parliament of Ghana) requested
for a detailed financial and Insurance arrangement from China State before
the Client can hand over construction site to China State.
