Role:
Translate high level business requirements/problems into sound and comprehensive analytical framework
through appropriate usage of BI solutions
Partner collaboratively with clients across functions to ensure recommendations, insights and deliverables
fully align with business priorities and core business metrics
Architect, develop, design, validate and communicate static and dynamic BI solutions leveraging
appropriate tools and platforms such as Qlikview/ Spotfire/ Tableau/ Business Object/ Xelcius
Understand the data constraints and create elegant solutions to both present and deliver information for
easy consumption
Ability to integrate various data sources to construct appropriate data architecture
Define standards and procedures for best practices for business intelligence design, development and
implementation
Analyze business trends and nuances from the dashboards to create and provide actionable client
insights
Conduct deep dive analyses to provide insight on “why” and “who” beyond the standard tracking “what
“and “where” metrics
Lead and troubleshoot engineering efforts for various BI applications to ensure seamless delivery
Advise management and technical staff on specifications of hardware and software related to the area of
data visualization.
Lead, couch and develop team members to drive delivery and operational excellence
Lead by example through hands on involvement while accomplishing critical tasks
Candidate Profile:
Expertise in any of the following tools Qlikview/ Spotfire/ Tableau/ Business Object/ Xelcius /Oracle
BI
Expertise in MS Office, VBA
Proficiency SAS, SPSS, SQL, Hadoop and other big data technologies will be highly preferred
Hands on experience in CPG/Retail/Restaurant analytics
Excellent verbal and written communication with strong persuasion skills
Strong project management skills
Capable of handling multiple mission-critical projects simultaneously without sacrificing quality or
impacting deadlines
Ability to quickly learn and adopt new BI platforms based on client requirement
Strong client centricity and business acumen
Self-driven and should be a strategic thinker with strong analytic and creative problem solving skills.
Past track record of building data visualization solutions and delivering business analysis
Ability to handle ambiguity and lead team with diverse skillsets
Essential Qualification:
BE/BTech ME/ MTech /MBA/Maters in Qualitative discipline (IITs, BIT, NITs,)
6-8 Years of relevant experience
Position: Sr. Research Analyst-Data Analytics Modeling Position Code: CC/Pipal/2013/002
Role:
Translate high level business requirements/problems into sound and comprehensive analytical framework
through appropriate usage of advanced statistical / mathematical techniques
Interact with client SPOCs to ensure recommendations, insights and deliverables fully align with business
priorities and core business metrics
Assist in developing advanced quantitative solution methodologies and execute the same in the area of
marketing optimization, price and promotion optimization, revenue and sales forecasting, consumer behaviour,
shopper marketing, assortment optimization, customer loyalty etc.
Solve business problems through usage of appropriate statistical techniques (predictive and descriptive) like
multinomial linear and nonlinear regression, time series, hierarchical regression, Bayesian analytics,
segmentation, clustering, ANOVA/ ANCOVA, correlation, structural equation modeling, Marcov Chain, MCMC etc.
Understand the data constraints and create elegant solutions to both present and deliver information for easy

Role:
Support in translating high level business requirements/problems into comprehensive analytical
framework through appropriate usage of BI solutions
Carry out “hands on” design and development of data visualizations in various projects
Interact with clients SPOCs to ensure seamless delivery by adhering to the defined quality standards and
ensure deadlines are met
Assist in data identification & data acquisition. Conduct data cleansing, data preparation, completeness
testing, data loading, creating dashboard and documentation
Analyze business trends and nuances from the dashboards to create and provide actionable client
insights
Conduct deep dive analyses to provide insight on “why” and “who” beyond the standard tracking “what
“and “where” metrics
Manage troubleshoot efforts for various BI applications to ensure seamless delivery
Brainstorm broad concepts and ideas of various reporting designs, implementation and translate those
into a consumable, tangible objective.

Role:
Support in building data analytics vertical for CRISIL
Develop, maintain and foster strong client relationships and lead large client engagements
independently.
Build connect with clients and help them make a business case to use CRISIL GR&A data analytics for
their business outcomes
Execute and lead business analysis projects autonomously. Having a knack to organize, analyze,
synthesize and/or summarize data and information using appropriate analytical methodologies and
frameworks
Lead multiple research projects and client assignments ensuring appropriate workflow planning,
resource utilization, and quality assurance
Guide the team in problem solving, develop analytical techniques and frameworks, and the creation of
research end-products
Recruit, train, coach and develop research analysts
Candidate Profile:
Hands on with working experience on SAS and R ; in depth knowledge of various statistical techniques
and other BI and Visualization tools
Knowledge of stats + data mining + data modeling + algorithms
Rich experience in advanced analytics - predictive analytics, forecasting techniques, customer behaviour,
web analytics, and digital & big data analytics.
Experience on Big Data tools/techniques like Hadoop, Pig, Cassendra, Hive would be highly desirable.
