How Web 2.0 Tools Changed the Culture of Training/Learning Across the World
What advances have occurred in an organization due to the web 2.0 tools displayed
above? Although, most of these tools are used for different learning methods, the primary focus
of each of these tools is to communicate and be accessible all around the world. The web 2.0
tools are beneficial to all organizations in Human Resources to help create and deliver trainings

The training can be delivered through Articulate 360, Skype, or Google Docs out of many more
tools that are used for delivering information. Another aspect of using the web to train their
employees can immediately place the employee to work as they can access the training online,
