Each committee will have a fortnight meeting on turn basis with DG NAPA, relevant Secretaries will submit their reports.
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Deputy Directing Staff (Admin & Security):
o Will be responsible for all the administrative affairs e.g. matters related to Campus Building, Cleanness, Hostel
Mass, Security Affairs of Academy
o Will kept the record of roll call, night pass and attendance of Trainees and the faculty in the classes.
o Supervise the work of Lines Officer / ADS, Office and Quarter Guard.
o Will check matters related to Campus Building, cleanness, hostel, mess and security on daily basis and submit his
report to Deputy Directing Staff (Admin and Security).
o Will pay surprise visits at night or evening on the recommendation of DDS (A&S).
o Will maintain the protocol of Guest Speakers and Delegations / Visitors with coordination to DDS (A&S).
