COOPERATION AGREEMENT
NO. EI/AIMO/2018/9951

This Cooperation Agreement (hereinafter shall be referred to as the “Agreement”) is made and
signed as of February 19th, 2018, by and between:
1. EDUKULTUR INDONESIA, in this matter represented by Mr Roy Lo, as the Managing Director
(hereinafter referred to as the “FIRST PARTY”);
2. BIMBEL XPERT, in this matter represented by Mr Agrend Wisnu Kusuma, as the Centre
Director (hereinafter referred to as the “SECOND PARTY”);
(The FIRST PARTY and the SECOND PARTY are each also collectively referred to hereinafter as
“PARTIES”).

WHEREAS:
1. The FIRST PARTY is the exclusive country partner of a mathematics competition called Asia
International Mathematical Olympiad (AIMO) for Indonesia.
2. That the SECOND PARTY is a school engaged in Bogor.
3. That the FIRST PARTY agrees to appoint the SECOND PARTY as its exclusive school regional
partner for Bogor for AIMO 2018 Indonesia Trial Round (hereinafter referred to as “AIMO
2018 INDONESIA”).

NOW, THEREFORE, the PARTIES hereto, intending to be bound, do hereby agree as follows:

1. SCOOP OF COOPERATION
a. The FIRST PARTY appoints the SECOND PARTY as its exclusive school regional partner for
Bogor for AIMO 2018 INDONESIA.
b. The SECOND PARTY will appoint an AIMO Coordinator to be the main contact and person
in charge (PIC) for AIMO 2018 INDONESIA in Bogor.

2. AGENDA
a. AIMO 2018 INDONESIA Trial Round for Bogor Region will be held:
- Date : Saturday, March 24th, 2018
- Place : to be confirmed
- Time : 09:00 – 10:30AM
b. All registration for the AIMO 2018 INDONESIA Trial Round for Bogor Region is to be done
through SECOND PARTY.
c. Participation fee for AIMO 2018 INDONESIA is IDR200,000 (two hundred thousand Rupiah)
for each student.

3. COOPERATION FEE
a. The FIRST PARTY agrees to pay the SECOND PARTY 25% (twenty-five percent) of the
revenue of the AIMO 2018 INDONESIA for Bogor Region (hereinafter referred to
“COOPERATION FEE”).
b. Settlement of the COOPERATION FEE is done when the SECOND PARTY transfers the 75%
(seventy-five) of the AIMO 2018 INDONESIA Registration Fee to the FIRST PARTY one
week before the Trial Round is held.

4. FIRST PARTY RESPONSIBILITY

a. The FIRST PARTY is responsible to distribute problem papers to the SECOND PARTY.
b. The FIRST PARTY is responsible to pay the COOPERATION FEE to the SECOND PARTY
which stated in Article 3 of this Agreement.
c. The FIRST PARTY is responsible to provide the SECOND PARTY:
- award medals (gold, silver and bronze) and certificates,
- certificates for all other participants.
d. The FIRST PARTY is responsible of the marking and scorekeeping.
e. The FIRST PARTY is responsible to consolidate result and set cutoff points and rank.

5. SECOND PARTY RESPONSIBILITY

a. The SECOND PARTY is responsible to promote the AIMO 2018 INDONESIA in Bogor region.
b. The SECOND PARTY is responsible to compile the registration data and send it to the
FIRST PARTY.
c. The SECOND PARTY is responsible to send all the answer sheets back to the FIRST PARTY
for marking on the cost of the SECOND PARTY.
d. The SECOND PARTY is responsible to distribute the awards to AIMO 2018 INDONESIA
participants of the Region Bogor.

6. RIGHT OF PROPERTY
All AIMO 2018 INDONESIA syllabus, sample questions, problems, and solutions are the
properties of the FIRST PARTY.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF this Agreement has been made and executed by the PARTIES on the day and
date as mentioned above, made in duplicates and each having equal legal force.
