Problem Description: Database driver error occurred while executing the session.

Solution:

1. If the error message contains, “TNS: Could not resolve the connect identifier specified” then
verify the respective DB is up and running fine. Reach out to DBA if necessary.
2. If the error message implies invalid credentials, check if the password got expired/changed. In
order to update the password for the connection in Informatica, use IRSP portal.
3. If error message suggests SQL error, validate the query or data depending on the error message.
If necessary, see the database documentation for an action.
4. If the error contains authorization related message, please reach out to RDAC team to whitelist
the informatica IPs for the specific user.
