A 70-year-old Indonesian citizen, serving as the President

Commissioner of the Company since 2011, based on the Deed of
Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of PT Kabelindo
Murni Tbk dated May 24, 2011. He is affiliated with Mrs. Elly
Soepono, who serves as the Company’s President Director.
Previously, he served as the Commissioner of the Company from
2004 to 2005, based on the Deed of Annual General Meeting of
Shareholders on June 29, 2004, then as the President
Commissioner of the Company June 2005-2006, based on the
Deed of Annual General Meeting of Shareholders on June 28,
2005. He served as the Director of PT Tembaga Mulia Semanan Tbk
from 2001 to 2010 and the Commissioner of PT Tembaga Mulia
Semanan Tbk from 1998 to 1999. He was the founder of PT Sinar
Baru Electric in 1973, engaged in the electrical industry.

A 66-year-old Indonesian citizen, he is currently serving

as Independent Commissioner of the Company, as
decided at the GMS held on June 9, 2015. He was first
appointed Independent Commissioner at the
Extraordinary GMS on June 20, 2006, and again in 2009,
2012 and 2015. He also serves as Head of Audit
Committee and Independent Commissioner at several
affiliated companies. He is a graduate of Institut
Teknologi Bandung (ITB), majoring in Mechanical
Engineering in 1975 and earned a doctorate in
Metallurgy in 1981 at Katholieke Universiteit Leuven
(KUL), Belgium.

He has worked as Project Manager in Electra Energy, Inc in
Houston, Texas (1981-1983) and Research Director in Memory
Metals, Inc Stamford, Connecticut (1983-1985). He returned to
Indonesia and joined BPPT, his latest position being Research
Professor. In addition, he is also a lecturer at several
universities, including the University of Indonesia and the
National Institute of Science and Technology in Jakarta for
postgraduate studies. He has attended many seminars on
wire/cable technology, metallurgy and many others, both
domestic and abroad. He is also an engineering consultant for
various industries, such as power plant, oil and gas,
petrochemical, and others.

A 66-year-old Indonesian citizen, he has been serving as the

Commissioner since 2015, based on the decision of the
General Meeting of Shareholders of the Company on June 9,
2015. He graduated with a degree in Engineering from the
University of Gajah Mada. From 1981 to 1997, he worked for
PT Sibalec, starting as the Quality Control Manager and,
eventually, the Director of Manufacturing. From 1997 to 2009,
he served as the Director of PT Sinar Baru Glasindo. Between
2009 and 2014 he served as the Vice President of PT SUCACO
Tbk, and from 2010 to 2012 he also served as the Director of
PT Tembaga Mulia Semanan Tbk.
