Task 1: Project Preparation

Task 2: Recommendations for New Health Policy
2-a: Review of background studies/surveys related to Health Sector
2-b: Review of existing Health Policies/Strategies including those of KPK
2-c: Identification of key health sector issues/challenges in consultation with
stakeholders (HDs, Senior Med.Consultants, Relevant Associations, etc.)
2-d: Design of questionnaires to carry out policy related surveys

2-e: Engaging Medical Students to carry out surveys(in their respective regions)
related to availability of basic health facilties, typical health issues, level of health
related awareness among the community, etc.
2-f: Finalize outcomes and objectives for the new Health Policy
2-g: Draft Policy recommendations (to achieve the outcome and objectives)
presented to key stakeholders for their inputs/feedback
2-h: Final Policy Recommendations
Task 3: Design & Manage Marketing Strategy
3-a: Above the line Marketing Campaign (using TV, Radio, Newspapers, etc.)
3-b: Below the line Marketing Campaign (using SMS & Brand Activation Campaigns
and Sponsorship Events)
Task 4: Design & Manage Social Media Strategy
4-a: Development of IDF Lahore Web Page, Facebook & Twitter Accounts

4-b: Development of IDF Lahore's activities related content & its dissemination on
Social Media and management/update of Webpage, FB and Twitter Accounts
Task 5: Secure & Manage Sponsorship Programs
5-a: Engaging local and international pharmas, etc, for securing events/projects'
sponsorships
Task 6: Broadening the base of IDF Lahore/PTI
6-a: Wooing students, young doctors, opinion leaders, etc, to secure new
memberships for both IDF Lahore and PTI
Task 7: Research Work
7-a: Carrying out a pilot research project to encourage similar undertakings
Task 8: Organization of Events/Workshops/Conferences, etc
8-a: Organizing events, conferences, workshops, consultative meetings, etc., to
broadcast the achievements of the project
Task 9: Project Implementation, Monitoring & Evaluation

9-a: Effective coordination among the key project staff, President and VP to ensure
proper implementation and M&E of the various tasks and sub-tasks
