Ramadan timing :
Doors open 7:55 am

Bell rings 8:20 am

Period 1 8:30-9:05

period 2 9:05-9:00

Period 3 9:00-10:15

Period 4 (Primary Break time)- Break will be 10 min only BREAK (Gr. 1-4) 10:15-10:25
Period 4 (Gr. 5-9) 10:15-10:50
Period 5 (Grade 5-9, 11IB Break time)- Break will be 10 min only BREAK( Gr. 5-9) 10:50-11:00
Period 4 (Gr.1-4) 10:25-11:00
Period 5 11:00 - 11:35

Period 6 11:35 - 12:10

Period 7 12:10 - 12:45

Period 8 12:45 - 1:20

BUS LEAVING TIME 1:25- 1:30 PM

Please note that during RAMADAN, the school gates ‫ صباحا‬7:05 ‫الرجاء عدم احضار الطلبة في رمضان قبل الساعة‬
will not be open before 7:50 am and will close at .‫ صباحا و ليس قبل ذلك‬7:05 ‫حيث ان األبواب ستفتح الساعة‬
1:50 pm. Do not drop your children off for school
‫ خالل شهر‬2:05 ‫و ستغلق كافة ابواب المدرسة في تمام الساعة‬
before 7:50 am and you need to pick your children
up from school by 1:50 pm. ‫رمضان لذلك نرجو من أولياء األمور الكرام األلتزام بالوقت‬

-End of year exams (Gr6-9 + 11 IB) start on June 10th and ‫ حزيران حسب الجدول‬12 ‫ و لغاية‬25 ‫األمتحانات ستكون من من‬
finish on June 21st ‫الذي سيتم ارساله الحقا‬
-Eid holiday will be from 14th June to 18th June ‫ حزيران‬21 ‫ الى‬21 ‫عطلة العيد من‬
-Please check the schedules that will be sent to you soon
From 19-21 June : timings are 8:00 -10:00
Primary continuous assessment will be finished by the 12th of June, school continues as per school calendar.
