Dear Parents and Guardians,

Hello! My name is Miss Huck, and this spring, I will be in Mrs. Garland’s
Fourth Grade classroom to complete my student teaching experience. This is
the last step that I will take before receiving my Bachelor’s Degree in Early
Childhood Education (Pre-School-4th Grade) from Kutztown University this
May!

Throughout my time at Kutztown, I have had a variety of experiences

that have helped me to prepare for student teaching. I have worked with
children aging in range from Pre-School to 10th Grade, with a majority of those
experiences in the 1st through 5th Grades. In my previous student teaching
placement, I was in a First Grade classroom in Pottsville, Pennsylvania.

I will be working with your children in one-on-one, small group, and large
groups settings within Mrs. Garland’s room. My responsibilities within the room
will gradually increase over the course of my time here at Tilden Elementary.
