RULES AND REGULATIONS:
1. The Pine Spur Hunt Club or any member thereof, or any employee of the show shall in no way, jointly or individually be responsible for a loss, accident, damage, or loss of life that may occur to any exhibitor, owner, trainer, agent, groom, stable, horse, corporation, partnership, individual or spectator, sustained while at Pine Spur Hunt Club Horse Show and the same shall hold the show harmless and indemnify it against any legal proceedings arising from such accidents. Virginia Equine law applies to this show 2. PERSONS ON FEDERAL DISQUALIFICATION CANNOT TRANSPORT HORSES TO THIS SHOW AND CAN PARTICIPATE ONLY AS A SPECTATOR. 3. The management reserves the right to remove a groom, horse, rider, driver, or family of the person participating in the show for an act of discourtesy or disobedience to the official without being liable for compensation or damages. 4. All entries will be under the direction of the Ringmaster, failure to obey instructions will disqualify entry. 5. The Judge's decision is FINAL. 6. The show reserves the right to cancel, combine, or divide any class or classes, or to cancel the show due to unfavorable weather. 7. In the event a horse pulls a shoe during a class, SEVEN minutes will be granted to replace the shoe. 8. Hard hats will not be penalized. 9. All pets must be kept on a leash. 10. Pleasure classes means no artificial appliance. 11. Horses are not required to qualify for Stake or Championship classes. 12. No riding of bicycles or motorcycles allowed on club grounds.
