OPERATION:

So in this machine operation which is the A + A – B + B - , the 1st cylinder will

extend and will hit the X2 idle switch. Then it will trigger the retract of the 1st cylinder and

will hit the idle return switch X1. Then it will trigger the extend of the 2nd cylinder then will

hit the idle switch X4 then the 2nd cylinder will retract and hit the idle return switch X3

then the 1st cylinder will extend and the operation will repeat.

(The flow of diagram are the same with the other reports the difference is the operation.)

This machine operations works when an air pressure flows through 2 push

buttons which are START and STOP. And is connected to a 3/2 way valve. The 3/2 way

valve control signal to the cylinder which means the air pressure will pass if the START

button is pressed then the air pressure will flow to the 4/2 way valve which is connected

to the extend retract of the cylinder the operation will be performed. The STOP button will

move the air pressure to be released on the atmosphere triggering the stoppage of the

flow or control signal of the air then the operation will stop retaining its last state.
