3. Install formwork and seal the edges to ensure formwork tightness.

4. In order to avoid air entrapment, 2 hose to be fixed on formwork, that

is inlet hose located at lower portion, and outlet hose located at higher
portion. Pump fresh grout thru inlet hose to avoid air entrapment.

5. Install ∅50mm grout pipe inlet hose between column/wall gaps (1.5m

interval)

6. Install ∅20mm grout pipe at the highest point

7. Mapefill hs as per design mix ratio (2:1): 2 bags of non-shrink

grout(25kg/bags)

8. Pump-in the grout through grout pipe working from bottom upwards by using
grout pump. When grout overflows from the next higher in-let ports ,
seal off the first in-let port and transfer the grouting to the next
higher port .repeated the process until the grout has over-flown from
the highest breathing port .the grouting pressure is expected to be
between 10-20 p.s.i.(use hand pump to hold this pressure for at least 2
minutes)

9. The grouting port shall be capped when the grouting materials begin to
flow out from the highest port

10. Leaving the grouted areas to cure and remove formwork after a minimum of
