Why communication is more important for MBA students?
English is important as ever before as people need to work with colleagues, clients
and partners from other countries, all over the world to form effective and productive
working relationships.
Effective internal and external communication is essential to the success of any
business.
Language Proficiency achieve individuals life goals and contribute to professional
success.
English language is now a bridge language of international business technology,
research and aviation.
Having good communication skills is a valuable asset of any organization.
Professionals with strong hold on English language are set in higher level of standards
in the organization.
Good English Communication brings the future professional development as well as
global recognition and global opportunities.
English language skills have strong impact on employability. Particularly business
employability.

1. The main objective is to develop soft skills by both practical and theoretical approach
and exposure of students to the realities of the world.
2. To enhance the practical knowledge of students.
3. It enables the personality development of the students with positive attitude and
right decision making.
4. Help the students to develop a passion to win and global mindset.
5. Enable students to see themselves as a successful person.

Procedure
1. Questionnaire was prepared to know the personal attributes that enable the students to
interact effectively and harmoniously with other people.
2. The questionnaire was based on certain topics like,
Measure of soft skills.
Measure of communication.
Measure of presentation.
Measure of time management.
Measure of attitude.
3. Measure of soft skills includes the perspective, positive recognition and the emotional
intelligence of the students.
4. Measure of communication is based on the content, grammar, fluency and interaction
between others.
5. Measure of presentation must includes the clear and logical idea.
6. Measure of time management refers to managing the time efficiency so that the right
time is allocated to the right activity.
7. Measure of attitude tests the ability to perform specific task and reacting to it based on
the situation.
8. The rules of the test were clearly explained and each of the topics had certain member
of questions.
9. OMR sheets were provided and students were instructed to mark their answers on it.
10. The test was successfully conducted and the answer sheets were collected and they
were evaluated.
