SOP TENTANG KONDISI PASIEN KATEGORI KRITIS
/ CRITICAL CONDITION

PENGERTIAN 1. Critical values adalah nilai / hasil pemeriksaan penunjang yang
wajib dilaporkan kepada dokter konsulen , karena dinilai
memerlukan advis medis sesegera mungkin
2. Critical condition adalah kondisi pasien yang wajib dilaporkan
kepada dokter konsulen, karena memerlukan advis medis
sesegera mungkin
3. Transfer informasi adalah suatu proses penyerah terimaan
informasi tentang pasien dan rencana pengobatan pasien antar
tenaga pelayanan kesehatan di RS.
4. Pasien Baru adalah pasien yang belum pernah datang
sebelumnya ke rumah sakit untuk keperluan pengobatan
5. Pasien lama adalah pasien yang pernah terdaftar sebelumnya
ke rumah sakit untuk keperluan pengobatan
6. Peringatan khusus adalah peringatan yang diberikan bagi
pasien yang memiliki riwayat alergi, persamaan nama dengan
pasien laindalam waktu dan unit yang sama, serta pasien yang
memiliki resiko jatuh dan atau memerlukan penanganan segera
7. Operan Pasien adalah suatu proses transfer informasi pasien
dari petugas ruangan satu ke petugas ruangan lainnya yang
dilaksanakan sesuai dengan SOP Transfer Informasi
8. Critical values adalah suatu daftar hasil pemeriksaan penunjang
yang harus segera dilaporkan kepada dokter penanggung jawab
pengobatan.
9. Critical condition, adalah suatu daftar kondisi pasien yang harus
segera dilaporkan kepada dokter penanggung jawab
pengobatan
10. Daftar NORUM adalah daftar obat-obatan yang Nama dan Rupa
nya Mirip satu sama lainnya
Pemeriksaan GCS

MENENTUKAN SATURASI O2
1. Siapkan alat, berupa pulse oxymeter , bisa yang portable, bisa
yang tergabung dengan vital sign monitor
2. Pasangkan sensor pada salah satu ujung jari tangan pasien
3. Lihat angka saturasi yang keluar pada alat tersebut
4. Tentukan nilai saturasi Oksigen berdasarkan angka yang keluar
tersebut
5. Apabila pasien memerlukan bantuan oksigen, tentukan saturasi
oksigen sebelum dan sesudah pemberian bantuan oksigen
