The role,responsibilities and tasks to be performed by each member of group is discussed below

1)Shanzeb khan:

Mr Shanzeb khan will work on below points:

1. Provide a general demographic and economic overview of the country.

2. Provide details of who much energy is produced and consumed by the designated country and
what are their main sources of energy generation.
3. Provide details of the energy consumption by the households and industry sector in the
designated country. Also provide geography wise and industry wise use of energy in the selected
country
Extra Responsibility:

Shanzeb khan will arrange meetings of group members on weekly basis and will summarize the whole
collected data.

Schedule:

>>In first week from 23th of april to 29th of april, Mr shanzeb khan will collect data for general
demographic and economic overview of the designated country.

In next week From 30th april to 6th of may he will work on the total energy production and
consumption of the selected country.

From 7th to 13th may,data for the main sources of energy generation of the country will be collected,

And finally in the next two weeks he will collect the data of the total energy consumption by the
households and industry sector in the designated country.and will provide information on geography
wise and industry wise use of energy in the selected country

2)Malik Measam raza:

Mr Malik Measam raza will work on below points:

1. Provide details of the energy and energy sector related expertise or equipment imported and
exported by the country in any form with financial breakup.
2. Provide the details of all the technologies and equipment used in the whole process of power
generation and power distribution in both the conventional and renewable sources of energy.
3. Provide details of the major public and private sector companies and organization operating in
the designated country at any level of power generation and distribution in any form of energy.
4. Power the details of who and how the whole sector of energy and power is regulated in the
designated country. Explain the whole mechanism.

Extra Responsibility:
Malik Measam Raza will design the presentations on power point and will handle the script of all the
data.

Schedule:

>>In first week from 23th of april to 29th of april, Mr Measam will Provide details of the energy and
energy sector related expertise or equipment imported and exported by the country in any form with
financial breakup

In next week From 30th april to 6th of may he will work on and will Provide the details of all the
technologies and equipment used in the whole process of power generation and power distribution in
both the conventional and renewable sources of energy.

From 7th to 13th may he will Provide details of the major public and private sector companies and

any form of energy.

3)Zehaan Abbas:

Mr Zehaan Abbas will work on below points:

1. Provide comprehensive financial details of the investments done in the energy sector, the
process of revenue generation, cost structure, cost of production, cost break up for energy
consumption to the households and commercial users.
2. Provide details of the major current and future challenges of the energy sector of the designated
country.
3. Provide details about the future plans of the energy sector like, growth strategies, new projects
or expansion of existing projects, upcoming new innovation and technology developments and
any other changes that are in the pipeline for this sector.

Extra Responsibility:

Zehaan Abbas will verify the facts and figures.

Schedule:

>>In first week from 23th of april to 29th of april, Mr Zehaan Abbas will Provide comprehensive financial
details of the investments done in the energy sector, the process of revenue generation.

Schedule of tasks on weekly basis:

We are having 5- 6 weeks to prepare our tasks uptill the presentation day .Each member of the group
have the responsibility to prepare atleast three topics/tasks.

In each two upcoming weeks uptill the presentation day each member will collect data on one task
from three or four tasks assigned to him.

Details of the meetings:

Meetings will be arranged on each week. Each member will share his data and a report will be
designed.and agenda for the weekly tasks given to each member will be discussed and
memorized.
