stated in the Court's Order dated May 9, 2018, and in accordance with the Opinion and Order

has found that World of Boxing LLC is entitled to have disbursed to it the escrowed funds held

by The Chicago Trust Company, N .A., pursuant to the escrow agreement dated April 19, 2016.
