    5) Precautions taken to prevent uplift.

    6) All wedges driven tight.

    7) Joints grout tight.

    8) Special joints and water bars are as detailed.

    9) Stop ends fixed.

    10) Position of all box outs and built in items.

    11) Box out and built in items securely fixed.

    12) Final check of formwork line and level to be undertaken prior


    to concreting.
