Development, Implementation and Maintenance of Higher Education Information Management System.
Proposals are invited from reputed Software Companies/IT firms for Design, Development,
Implementation and Maintenance of Higher Education Information Management System. Interested
Bidders may visit the official website of RUSA Assam (rusa.assam.gov.in) and eProcurement Portal of
Government of Assam (https://assamtenders.gov.in) to download the Request for Proposal (RFP)
document which will be available in the website from 11/01/2018 onwards. The tender should be
submitted through eProcurement portal only. Last date of submission of Proposal is 21/01/2018 upto 2
PM.

RUSA,Assam may, in its absolute discretion, but without being under any obligation to do so, update,
amend or supplement the information in this RFP document.
The Mission Director, RUSA reserves the right to change the opening time and date of the tender due to
administrative reason by notifying the same on the website. The department will not liable for delay in
submission of tenders and system errors (if any) & The Mission Director, RUSA, reserves the right to
accept any or all tenders either in part or in full without assigning any reasons thereof.
