Proposal

Oman – Beauty has an address.

We at Kingdom believe Oman is a beautiful and culturally rich
country full of opportunity and discovery like any other. Our
promotional video will showcase its maritime and trading heritage
that was built on a culture of friendship and acceptance for all
people.
The promotional video will appeal to three different types of
audiences: luxury seekers, adventure seekers and relaxation seekers.
The different locations were we are going to film are:

• Muscat, the capital of Oman. In this location we will make

sure to capture the world-class hospitality, rich heritage and
well-preserved culture. The rocky Western Al Hajar
Mountains and the modern city creates a beautiful landscape.
We will make sure that our video shows the elegance of
Muscat, its well laid out city, it's traditional Arabian style and
it's most iconic places like the Souq, Opera House and The
Grand Mosque.

• Nizwa, 'the cultural capital' as we like to describe it. Nizwa is

one of the oldest cities, here, we will film it's powerful fort
with it's massive circular cannon tower, as well as the
traditional Souq with it's varied handcrafts and agricultural
products, and the green date gardens of Nizwa.

• Jabal Akhdar, were we will film the traditional rose water

extraction, honeybee breeding and agricultural products.

• Wadi Shab. We will film the breath-taking narrow mountain

ravine, that's hemmed on both sides by majestic vertiginous
sandstone walls. The different opportunities that Wadi Shad
offer adventure seekers, like hiking, cliff jumping and
swimming. This section will finish with videos of the
concealed caved with astonishing waterfalls.

• Wahiba Sands. The Bedouins, majestic dunes, undulating

sands and wandering camels will give us opportunities to film
fascinating shots that will offer a glimpse of a traditional way
of life

• Ras Al Jink as it is an important turtle-nesting site for

endangered green turtle and we at Kingdom believe that that is
something the the viewer will get appeal by.

We will also capture other places such as: Nakhal, and it's
magnificent fort and beautiful green date plantations; Sur, and the
tall lighthouse, old merchant houses with beautiful carved doors, the
watchtowers and the forts, which will transport the viewer's senses
to a bygone era; Masirah, and the rugged terrain and rough coastline
that has led to the appearance of many wrecked Dhows, and the
different opportunities for varied water-sports, such as kite-surfing;
and finally, Khasab, and its extensive fjord-like craggy inlets and
desolate mountains, and its snorkelling and dolphin watching, here
at Kingdom we like to call Khasab the 'Norway of Arabia'

We hope you liked our proposal, Oman is such a beautiful and

peaceful place, it is visually soothing, relaxing and tranquil. We
believe Oman is a model for the rest of the world, and we want to
make sure it is perceived as that in our promotional video.
