 Display shutters

Polycarbonate is a manmade material that's especially suitable for roller shutters. Like glass,
it's transparent, but unlike glass, it's very hard to break.

The combination of high visibility with exceptional strength make our polycarbonate
transparent roller shutter doors ideal for shops that want to keep valuable goods on display,
such as jewellers. Also, these shutters are a good choice for premises that require a higher
level of security, for example banks.

 Polycarbonate Shutters
Polycarbonate is a manmade material that's especially suitable for roller shutters. Like
glass, it's transparent, but unlike glass, it's very hard to break.

Polycarbonate shutters are

 Heat insulated
 Eco friendly (polycarbonate can be recycled)
 U.V.protected
 Sound insulated
 Excellent visibility
 Fire retardant and self extinguishing(putout the flame)
Variants in polycarbonate shutter
Clear Vision Shutter

1) A fully transparent roller shutter, made from virtually unbreakable polycarbonate.

Facade shutters provide a transparent barrier that is versatile, durable and good-
looking.
2) The first thing you will notice about this shutter is how it creates a feeling of
security, while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. The Facade is a very versatile
shutter that works well in commercial situations such as at airports, in shopping malls
and at reception desks.
3) It's also a good product to protect domestic windows and patio areas.

Glass-Look Shutter

1) Glasslook security roller shutters are made from transparent polycarbonate

elements, linked together by aluminium rods. The shutter's design gives over 80%
visibility through the opening, which is more than any other comparable solution.
2) Polycarbonate has a material strength greater than that of steel and the shutter is
designed to give superior resistance to attack.
3) Very good visibility combined with exceptional strength make the Clearlook an
ideal roller shutter when both security and visibility are crucial.

 Perforated Shutters
These shutters are made of perforated sheets(sheet metal that has been manually or
mechanically stamped or punched to create a pattern of holes, slots, or decorative shapes).

Perforated shutters are

 Used for security and display requirements.

 Used in showrooms, offices, retail outlets, power generator and transformer
rooms.

 Industrial and Corrosion Resistive Shutters

 Stainless Steel Shutters

These shutters are very good Corrosion, Oxidation resistance and is Flat roll formed
stainless steel lath. The tracks are made of Stainless Steel, which makes them long lasting
and reliable. Laths are kept in place using Nylon End Clips to every lath. There are
various bottom rail options as well as different locking options Stainless Steel Shutters
are an ideal solution for exterior building closure.

Stainless Steel Shutters are

 Cost effective
 Wear resistant
 Maintenance free
 Available in designed finishes
 Appealing aesthetics
 Long life
 Tamper proof
 Wear resistance
 High strength
 Periodic painting

 Galvalume Shutter
These shutters are made up of Galvalume material, which has a material composition
of 55% aluminium 43.4% Zinc and 1.6% silicon. Material solidified in 600 degree
centigrade high temperature to resist corrosion factors.
Galvalume Shutter are :
 Corrosion resistant
 Used for industrial and commercial applications
 Firerated Shutters
These shutters prevent the spread of fire and closes automatically in the event of fire
detection. The only difference is the material used and the fitting type drive motors.
The fusible integrated links melt at 74°C, this triggers the fire shutters to close
automatically in the event of a fire.

Firerated Shutters are

 Used to build barriers in the event of fire accident and to protect the property and
humans.
 Used in warehouses, restaurants, canteens, hospitals and industries.
 Galvanised Shutters
These shutters are made up GI sheet panels.

Galvanised Shutters are

 Cost effective

 Maintenance free
 Available in designed finishes

These rolling shutters made up of PVS (poly vinyl siloxane) panels/laths.
PVC shutters are

 Economic because of light weight and operated without a motor.

 Requires low maintenance
 Sound proofed and Thermal insulated
 Inexpensive
 Weather resistant
 Optional fly screen which is not seen from outside.
 easy installation with clip adapters

Formed steel or aluminium extrusions designed to protect the roller assembly.

Shutter spring

1. Spring wire. Made from the spring wire, it also called torsion spring.

2. Flat spring. Formed by hardened and tempered steel strips in coils.

Guide rail (or track)

Steel or aluminium to retain the shutter curtain. Rubbing strips to reduce rattle and draught
strips can be added.

Bottom lath

Steel, aluminium or PVC to match the lath. Rubber tubes to reduce draught can be added.

Lock

Important part of shutter lock to secure shutter in place, can be locked with bullet lock or
shutter lock with arms that lock shutter to frame
