SUCCESS By the end of the lesson, students will be able to:
1. read an article about cloning.
Vocabulary 2. give the meaning of words / phrases based on contextual clues

Activities :
Guessing the Induction ( Pre )-5 Mins

Activity 1
 Students are put into groups of 6s.
 Students are given the text on ‘cloning’ and a vocabulary
sheet.
 Each group is assigned to specific paragraphs.
 Students read and try to find the correct word / phrase to
match the description given in the vocabulary sheet.

Closure ( Post )-15 mins


 Each group take turns to present their answers in front by
typing them out on the computer.
 They check the answers by using the system.
 Other students may copy the answers on their vocabulary
sheets.
