Umbrella

Up it goes, and the rain leaves.

Obsession, depression, cares, worries, people,
Up it goes and the rain leaves, but they don’t.
Up goes medication, but they don’t leave.
Something so simple vanishes so easily, why don’t others.

What if the difficult things fell around you,

Never on you?
How would that change everything?
No way to prevent something that ruins every single person.
I would rather stand in the rain forever.
