Tuxedo Rental Policy & Agreement:
1. Deposit: A deposit of 50% of the total cost is required. A rush fee of $50 will be added to each tuxedo without
measurements/deposits 2 weeks prior to the event date. Full Amount is due 10 days prior to the event. All items
must be paid for before leaving the store
2. Customer Pickup: Tuxedos arrive the week of your wedding or event. We will call to confirm your order has
arrived. We strongly suggest you and your wedding party try on your tuxedos at Dress to Impress on or before the
Thursday prior to the event and no later than Friday at 12:00pm. Replacements made within a day of the event is
subject to a shipping charge of $25. We cannot guarantee the fit of tuxedos not tried on in our store prior to 4:00
on Friday. When the customer provides the measurements, the customer will be responsible if the tuxedo does
not fit properly, if replacements must be ordered, the shipping charges will be paid in full by the customer. Any
member that changes in size (Weight gain or loss or a child grows) must be re-measured 3 weeks prior to the event
if not it may result in an additional shipping fee.
3. We must be notified of any style changes, cancellations, or additions at least 10days prior to the event if
changes are made after that time it will result in additional fees.
4. Customers are responsible for malicious, intentional damage to any part of the tuxedo and will be billed out at
replacement cost. A damage waiver of $5.00 covers any accidental or incidental damages to the garment while in
customer’s possession. Failure to return a tuxedo is theft and will be reported to proper authorities and any lost or
not returned items will be billed in accordance with their value. TUXEDOS NOT RETURNED BY 2:00PM ON THE
MONDAY AFTER THE EVENT WILL INCUR A LATE FEE OF $25 PER DAY. The customer agrees to pay an extended
rental fee of $25.00 per day for a period up to fifteen (15) days, after which the customer agrees to pay the retail
market value of the garment (with a minimum value of $600.00) and all expenses (including reasonable attorney
fees) incurred by Dress to Impress in the collection of the above-mentioned charges
5. A non-refundable service charge of $50 will be made on any order cancelled 14 days before the use date. No
refund will be issued on any order cancelled within 14 days (a $40 refund is available before 14 days) of the date of
use. Orders changed or added ten days prior to pick-up will be subject to a change order fee.
6. I hereby agree that said items are merely rented to me under the above stated conditions and said items shall at
all times remain the property of Dress to Impress. I further acknowledge responsibility for all loss or damage due to
rips, burns, irremovable stains or otherwise, up to the retail market value of the items lost or damaged in
accordance with the price schedule... Renter must provide a credit card at pick up and hereby agrees that damage,
loss or late fees will be automatically charged to the credit card. Sale is final without recourse and no refunds will
be made after garment leaves the store. I have read the above and understand the Tuxedo Rental Policy of Dress
to Impress. I authorize Dress to Impress to charge my account for any unpaid charges which may be due in
connection with my rental and timely return and/or any other damages not covered.
