    The Engineering Department informed the Cost Control Department that they replaced a 20-inch Philips television with a 29-inch JVC television for Mr. Ildefonso V. Bontia's office. They noted that the JVC television should be pulled from the Cost Control Stock Room and the Philips television transferred there. Both the transfer and replacement were witnessed and received.

    20 inches Philips television unit to X-Duty Free Cost Control Stock Room.
