our portal – we are only one in Fiji redeeming customer MS training vouchers

3. Offering all range of IT training like MS prof & Desktop courses, comptia, cisco, adobe,
vmware, oracle, itil, cissp, pmp. New courses like cobit 5 (IT business governance),security
courses and some management courses
4. Marketing thru email & social media
5. We have very good learning environment with training room facilities, support & trainers

Opportunities

1. ECCouncil – we are planning to offer all eccouncil (security based training) via online like
Network defender, forensic investigor , secure end user except CEH – Kush & Jayaraj
working on this
2. Soft skills – good opportunity for us to run customer care, front office and some other soft
skill training – we need to identify any vendor to deliver or recruit new trainer to start
3. Good opportunity if we run customized project & risk management training like in jan, we
run customized project mgmt. to Vodafone
4. Opportunity for end-user cybersecurity awareness training like reddy group – extend this to
all IT related companies & also Cybersecurity analyst training – help IT prof. to detect &
prevent the cyber threats
5. Cloud training like AWS & Azure & Wireless training like CCNA Wireless & other provider
wireless training
6. Lab Hire & PC Hire – right now we have only 10 normal spec laptop. If we increase the
laptop with high spec – we can get the invested amount in one or two deals – like Min of
economy – asked 20 machines for 21 days but we have lost because no available for hight
spec

1. Fragile team – need to develop the resources to conduct some new training that we are
planning to offer
2. No coverage in West
3. No Soft skills & business mgmt. related training
4. No Virtual / online training
5. Expensive to get NTPC approval

Threats

1. Some freelance trainers are directly conducting their training in Fiji like AI Tech brings the
trainer for PMP training & offer to customer in cheaper cost
2. Explain about Competitors

Just explain more about AI Technologies because they are straight competitor for us.. we didn’t see
any training by them expect PMP last year

Vodafone – PM Training, FNU – MS training , forumsec – MS training etc

This year also we are expecting more revenue from this customer & also well foucing the same with
other customers also

Delay in training from both side – because not getting enough customers for high level training &
customer postponing or cancelling at last min

No high level machine for MS training & high level like VMWare & Security training

Right now we have only 4 machines with 16 GB ram currently need 32 GB ram with more machines
to accommodate more seats

CASP – comptia advance security particinor training

IT service management & governance (adapting ITIL & COBIT 5)

ITIL – is IT service management & COBIT – is IT business governance


CISM – chief information security manager

MS community training like small level prof & special customized training to end user & IT prof. like
sharepoint for endusers, failover clustering, exchange helpdesk users etc

Marketing – do market for SATV details to all customers. Customers use to get the free training
vouchers from MS when they purchase or renewal the licenses – so far we have identified LTA, FDB,
FijiAirways, CCA – one voucher cost is FJ $3600 – totally 30 vouchers for this year

We are only one in FIJI can redeem the voucher. Last year, we had some issues with Microsoft to
assign the administrator for this, now Jayaraj & Sandeep are administrator for this
