I used the above flowchart in helping me plan out the important points that I wanted to make sure I covered. I first
wrote out a list of the top mistakes made from our managers. I then ran through the process of hiring in Icims first to
detail out the steps. I then created this flowchart to make sure I covered every point I wanted to make. In the
parentheses is the screen I would be referring to in the background. I bullet pointed out the hot topics so that I did
not sound rehearsed. I then ran through it one more time using the flowchart as a guide as I went through it. Finally I
hit record and ran through it a file time with the flowchart.
