Indian chicken curry with tomato recepie

Ingredients
Chicken breasts or thighs, skinned, boned and cut into 2 cm cubes (1.1kg), vegetable oil
(4tsp), curry powder of madras style (4tsp), dry roasted fennel seeds (1/2tsp), dry roasted
fenugreek seeds (1/2tsp), dry roasted cumin seeds (1/2tsp), dry roasted nigella seeds (1/2tsp),
dry roasted brown mustard seeds (1/2tsp), garam masala (4tsp), water (250ml), tomatoes,
canned chopped with juices 9800gms), fresh lemon juice (4tsp), tomato paste (4tsp), chili
powder (some), freshly ground black pepper 9some), salt (some) and curry leaves (16).

Method of preparation:-
Take a heavy based oven proof casserole, place it over heat. Add curry powder in it and fry it
for about 3 minutes by stirring. Then add dry roasted seeds in it and fry them by stirring for
about 1 ½ minutes. Add onion in it and fry it by stirring for about 2 minutes over medium
heat. Now add chicken pieces in it and fry them by stirring until they turn lightly brown in
color and get coated with spices. Then add tomato paste, cook it for about 2 seconds and then
add water, tomatoes and lemon juice in it. Cook it and add garam masala and curry powder in
it. Now cover the casserole and place it in the preheated oven and cook it for about 2 hours.
Adjust the seasoning according to taste. When it gets cooked then takes it out from oven and
keeps it to cool. Place it in the refrigerator and serve it the next day by heating with naan
bread.

Ingredients
Boneless, skinless chicken, cut into small pieces (4), vegetable oil (3tbsp), whole green
cardamom (8pods), cinnamon stick, broken into pieces (1/2 inch stick), curry powder (2tbsp),
ginger-garlic paste (2tbsp), finely chopped white onion (1large), coriander seeds (2tsp),
whole black peppercorns (15), red pepper flakes (1tbsp or to taste), whole cloves (6).
Method of preparation:-

Take a small pot, place it over medium heat. Heat oil in it and
add onion, ginger-garlic paste in the pot. Then season the chicken with coriander seeds, black
peppercorns, red pepper flakes, cloves, bay leaves, cardamom pods, cinnamon stick and curry
powder. Mix all the ingredients well and then cover the pan. Reduce the heat to low and keep
it to simmer for about 30 minutes by stirring irregularly. If you want thick gravy then uncover
the pot and keep it to cook until the gravy gets thickened. When it gets ready then serve it
with rice or roti.

Indian Tomato Chicken Recipe

Ingredients
Skinless chicken thighs (6), ground nutmeg (1/4tsp), bay leaves (2), chopped onion (1large),
ground cloves (1/4tsp), chopped garlic (4cloves), chopped cinnamon stick (1 piece about 1
inch), fresh ginger root (1slice), ground cardamom (1/2tsp), olive oil (1tbsp), ground black
pepper (1tsp), ground cumin (2tsp), salt (1tsp), ground turmeric (1tsp), peeled tomatoes,
crushed (1can whole about 14.5 ounce).

Method of preparation:-

Take a food processor; add ginger, garlic and onion in it. Make
the paste of it by processing. Take a large frying pan, place it over medium heat. Heat oil in it
and then add onion paste in it and cook it for about 10 minutes by stirring it regularly. Add
bay leaves, cloves, cinnamon, pepper, salt, turmeric, cumin and nutmeg in it and sauté them
for about 1 to 2 minutes by stirring. Place the chicken thighs in the pan; mix them to coat
them properly. Cook it for about 4 minutes and then pour the tomatoes with liquid in it and
mix it. Turn down the heat to low, cover the pan and keep it to simmer for about 1 to 2 hours
by stirring until the oil gets separated from the liquid.

Murgi aur Aloo Ka Sauce Recipe

Ingredients
Chicken in small pieces, skinned (3lb), peeled potatoes (7), salt (1tbsp), sugar (1 1/2tbsp),
white malt vinegar (2tbsp), salt (1tsp), tomato puree mixed with hot water (2tbsp), onions cut
into fine half rings (1/2lb), vegetable oil (6tbsp), pitted dried apricots (4oz), crushed garlic
(1tsp), grated ginger (2tsp), cloves (10), elaichi (7) jeera (1 1/2tsp), broken cinnamon stick
(2”), whole dried red chilies (4) and oil for deep frying.

Method of preparation:-

Take a grinder, put cardamom, cinnamon, cumin and cloves in it


and then grind them. Take a big bowl, put chicken in it and 1teaspoon of grated ginger,
1/2teaspoon of garlic and half of the dried spice mix on the chicken. Mix it properly and rub
seasoning on to the chicken and keep it aside for 1 hour to marinate. Put the apricots in a pan
with 3/4pt water. Keep it to boil and then reduce the heat to low and simmer it until it gets
tender. Turn off the heat and leave it in juice. Heat 6 tablespoon of oil in a pan over medium
heat. Add onions in it and fry them until get reddish brown. Turn the heat to medium and add
remaining garlic, ginger and dry spice mix. Now add chicken and cook it for 5 minutes. Add
tomato puree and salt. Keep it to boil and then cover it and reduce the heat to low and simmer
it for 20 minutes. Add vinegar and sugar, cover and simmer it for 10 minutes. Turn off the
heat and spoon off the fat from the surface. Put the apricots and 3tablespoon of juice into the
pan with chicken and leave it for 30 minutes. To make potatoes straw. Take a large bowl with
3 pts water. Add salt and mix. Grate the potatoes coarsely. Put the grated potatoes in the bowl
of water and stir. Take out the potatoes and squeezing out as much water as possible. Dry
them on kitchen paper. Heat the oil in a pan and then add the potatoes straw. Fry them until
get crispy and pale golden and then drain them on paper towel. Heat the chicken and serve it
with potatoes straws

Ingredients
Lamb shoulder chops (21lb), peeled and chopped groundnut (1/2tsp), ground black pepper

(1/2tsp or to taste), cooking oil (1tbsp), ground cumin (1tsp), chili powder (1/2tsp), turmeric

(2tbsp).
Method of preparation:-

Take chops, trim the fat from chops and then flatten each
chop with a rolling pin. Wipe it with dramp cloth. Put all the ingredients except chops, oil,
cumin seeds into a blender and then make the puree. Take a large bowl put chops in the bowl
and then pour the blended ingredients over them. Rub the marinate with your hands into each
chop. Cover the container with the plastic wrap and keep it to marinate at least for 8 hours or
overnight. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F. Take a roasting pan, line it with aluminum foil,
this will help to reflect heat and keep your roasting pan clean. Place the chops on roasting pan
in single layer and cook it in the oven for about 10 minutes. Reduce the heat to 400 degrees
F. Mix the remaining marinates with the oil and cumin. Brush the chops with this and
sprinkle the half of the seeds on the top. Return the pan to the upper of the oven for 10
minutes. Turn the chops and brush the other side with the marinate and sprinkle the rest of the
seeds and again cook for 10-15 minutes

Chicken boneless pieces (350gms), dalt (2tsp), chopped garlic (1/2tsp), chopped green chilies
(1/2tsp), chopped ginger (1/2tsp), oil (2tbsp), ginger garlic paste (1tbsp), besan (1tsp),
turmeric powder (1/4tsp), yellow chili powder (1/2tsp), milk (100ml), kasoori methi (1/2tsp),
hung curd (2 1/2tbsp), elaichi powder (1/4tsp), lemon juice (1tsp), salt (to taste).
Egg Coating:- Beaten egg (1), chopped coriander (1/2tsp), melted butter (1tbsp), chat masala
(1 1/2tsp), saffron dissolved in water (2tsp), chopped cashew nuts (1 1/2tbsp).

Method of preparation:-

Take chicken pieces and marinate with ginger-garlic paste and salt
for about 30 minutes. Keep it aside. Take a pan, heat 2 tablespoon of oil in it and add
chopped ginger, garlic and green chilies. Cook them for a minute and then add 1 tablespoon
of besan and cook it until the besan gets cooked. Now add yellow chili powder, turmeric
powder and cook it. Add 100ml of milk and again cook it. Take out the pan from the heat and
pour the mixture to a bowl. Add hung curd, elaichi powder, kasoori methi, lemon juice and
salt. Add the marinated chicken pieces and mix them well. Skewer the chicken pieces closely
and shape them with hands. Cook it in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes. Take it out from
the oven and then increase the temperature of oven. Beat the egg with saffron, add chopped
coriander and nuts and then mix them. Coat this egg mixture on cooked chicken skewer.
Place the skewer once again in the oven for coloring and cook it until the egg is cooked. Take
it out from oven and then baste the chicken with butter and then sprinkle the chaat masala.
Serve it hot

Ingredients
Chicken cut into small pieces (1whole), oil (4tbsp), ginger paste (1tbsp), garlic paste (1tbsp),
peeled and skinned tomatoes (1 1/2c), chopped fresh coriander leaves (2tbsp), garam masala
powder (4tsp), bay leaves (2), whole red chilies (4), coriander seeds (2tsp), red chili powder
(1tsp), salt (optional).

Method of preparation:-

Grind whole red chilies and coriander seeds into a coarse


powder. Take a heavy kadai, heat oil in it. Add bay leaves, fry them for about 30 seconds.
Add onions and sauté them until they turn light brown. Add ginger garlic paste, sauté it for 2
minutes on medium heat. Now add the coarse powder of red chilies and coriander seeds and
mix it well. Add tomatoes and cook them until they get fully cooked. Now add chicken
pieces, red chili powder and salt according to taste. Mix it well. Cover the kadai and cook the
chicken until it gets tender. Then sprinkle the garam masala powder over the chicken.
Garnish the chicken with onion rings and coriander leaves. Serve the chicken hot with
chapattis and parathas

Method Of Preparation:-
Take the cooked chicken breast and shred it finely. Set aside. Now take a pack of noodles and

Ingredients
Chicken thighs, skinned, rinsed and wiped dry (12large), green chilies preferably serranos
(4tsp), minced garlic (1tbsp), ginger root peeled and minced (1tbsp), finely chopped onions
(2c), oil (2tbsp)garam masala (1 1/2tsp), chopped cilantro (1/4c), salt (2tsp or to taste),
chopped cilantro (1/2c), tomatoes, chopped liquid (1can about 28 ounces), cayenne (3/4tsp),
turmeric 93/4tsp), cumin powder (1 1/2tsp), coriander powder (1tbsp), yogurt (1 cup) and 1
teaspoon cornstarch .
Method of preparation:-

Take a bowl, mix yogurt and cornstarch in it until it gets smooth


and then keep it aside. Take a large saucepan with lid, place it over medium-high heat and
heat oil in it. Add onions in it and sauté them for about 6 to 8 minutes until they starts to
change color. Then turn down the heat to medium and sauté onions for about 10 minutes until
they get dark golden brown color. Mix chilies, garlic and ginger in it and sauté them for about
2 minutes. Now increase the heat to medium high and add chicken in it and then cook it for
about 6 to 8 minutes until it gets brown. Then turn down the heat to medium and add cayenne
pepper, turmeric, cumin, coriander over the chicken. Mix it and cook it for about 2 to 3
minutes. Then add yogurt mixture, tomatoes, salt and cilantro in it. Mix it and cover the pan
and then keep it to boil. Now turn down the heat to low and keep it to simmer for about 25
minutes until the chicken gets cooked. Take off the pan from heat, mix garam masala and
cilantro leaves in it. Decorate the chicken with rest of cilantro and then serve it roti or rice.

Country Swiss Chicken Thighs Recipe

Ingredients
Country pride boneless, skinless chicken thighs (1package about 12 ounces), shredded Swiss
cheese (1/2c about 2 ounces), pepper (1/4tsp), salt (1/2tsp), caraway seed (1/2tsp), Apple
juice (1/2c), coarsely shredded cabbage (4c about 3/4pounds), Red new potatoes, cut into 1
inch thick slices (4small), butter or margarine (3tbsp), paprika (1/2tsp), all purpose flour

Method of preparation:-

Take a bowl, mix flour and paprika in it and then coat thighs with
this mixture. Take a frying pan, melt margarine in it. Add potatoes and chicken in it and then
cook the chicken for about 4 minutes until it gets brown. Add cabbage in it and pour the
apple juice over it. Then sprinkle salt, pepper and caraway in it. Keep this mixture to boil.
Then turn down the heat to low, cover the pan and keep it to simmer for about 20 minutes
until the chicken gets soft. When the chicken gets cooked then sprinkles the Swiss cheese
over it and serves it.
Spicy Garlic Cashew Chicken Recipe

Ingredients
Chicken thighs (3pounds), roasted, salted cashew nuts (1c), Kosher salt and freshly ground
black pepper, chopped cilantro (6tbsp), jalapeno peppers, sliced (1 to 2), grape seed or olive
oil (1/4c), roughly chopped garlic (4cloves), juice of 1 lime + lime wedges (for garnish),
brown sugar (2tsp).

Method of preparation:-

Take a food processor or a blender; add jalapeno, garlic, cashews, oil


cilantro, soy sauce, lime juice, brown sugar and 2 tablespoon of water in it. Blend this
mixture until it gets smooth. Add salt and pepper in it according to taste. Keep the third part
of marinade aside. Use the remaining marinade to coat the chicken. Sprinkle salt and pepper
over the chicken pieces. Then put the pieces in marinade to coat. Keep the marinated chicken
in refrigerator for 2 hours to chill. Take out the chicken from refrigerator and keep it at room
temperature for some times before cooking. Heat the grill or broiler. Place the chicken on
grill or broiler and cook it for about 20 to 30 minutes until it gets crispy and golden. When it
gets ready then serve it with reserved marinade, cilantro and lime wedges.

Easy Chicken Tikka Masala Recipe

Ingredients
Chicken thighs (2#), frozen mixed vegetables (1large bag), butter or margarine (1tbsp),
vegetable oil (2tbsp), honey (1tsp), plain yogurt (8oz), Archer Farms brand chicken Tikka

Method of preparation:-

Take a pan, place it over heat. Heat 2 tablespoon of vegetable oil in it.
Then add honey, butter and sauce in it. Cook it over medium heat by stirring it properly until
the mixture gets smooth. Then add thawed frozen vegetables in the pan. Cook them by
stirring slowly. Turn down the heat to low and keep this mixture to simmer until it gets
heated. Take yogurt and add it slowly to the pan and then mix it slowly with large spoon until

naan.

Skinless chicken thighs (about 2lbs) (8 bone), freshly ground black pepper (1/4 tsp), dry
white wine (½ cup), rice (1 cup), chopped parsley ( ½ cup), olive oil (2 tbsp), salt (1 tsp),
flour (1/4 cup), canned tomatoes, chopped with their juice (1 cup), garlic, minced (2 cloves),
grated zest (1 lemon).

Method of preparation:-

Take a Dutch oven, place it over medium heat and heat oil in it. Sprinkle
½ teaspoon of salt and pepper over the chicken. Then dredge the chicken in flour and add it to
pan and sauté it for about 3 minutes on each side until the chicken gets golden brown.
Increase the heat to high, add wine to the pan and cook it for about 1 minute. Then add
tomatoes and keep it boil. Turn down the heat to low, cover the pan and keep it to simmer for
about30 minutes until the chicken gets soft. Take a covered saucepan of medium size and boil
the 2 ¼ cups of water in it. Then add rice and ½ teaspoon of salt in it. Turn down the heat to
low, cover the pan and keep it to simmer for about 15 to 17 minutes until the rice gets soft.
Take a small bowl, mix lemon zest, parsley and garlic in it. Now remove the cover and mix
garlic-lemon zest mixture in chicken. Cover it and cook it for about 3 minutes. Pour the sauce
and chicken over rice.

garlic (1tsp), red bell pepper, cut into 1” piece (1med.), chopped onion (1med.).

Method of preparation:-

Take a large saucepan; place it over medium-high heat. Heat oil in it and
add chicken in it. Sauté the chicken for about 4 minutes until it gets brown. Place the chicken
in a plate. Turn down the heat to medium. Add garlic, pepper and onion in it and sauté them
for about 4 minutes until thyme get soft. Then add tomatoes, 1 ½ cups of broth, paprika and
salt in it. Keep this mixture to boil. Then add beans, pumpkin and chicken in it. Turn down
the heat to low and keep it to simmer for about 12 minutes until the pumpkin and chicken
gets soft. Take a bowl, mix cornstarch, left over broth and peanuts butter in it until the
mixture gets smooth. Add this mixture to the pot and mix it to blend. Now cook it for about 2
minutes until it gets thickened. Now it is ready to serve

Chicken, Leek and Apple Stew Recipe

Ingredients
Chicken thighs (2lbs about 8 thighs), Golden delicious apples, cored and diced (2whole),
fresh thyme (4sprigs), apple cider (1/2c), chicken broth (1c), dry white vermouth (1/4c),
celery seeds (1/2tsp), leeks, halved lengthwise, sliced into thick half circles and well rinsed
(3whole), flour (2tbsp+for dredging), vegetable oil (1tbsp), unsalted butter, softened (3tbsp),
freshly ground black pepper, Kosher salt (1tsp).

Method of preparation:-

First heat the oven to 425 degrees F. Take chicken thighs, sprinkle salt
and pepper over it. Take a large, deep oven proof frying pan; place it over medium high heat
and heat oil and one tablespoon of butter in it. Dredge the chicken in flour and then place it in
pan with skin side down. Cook the chicken for about 8 minutes by turning once until it gets
golden brown from both sides. Then place the chicken in a plate. Turn down the heat to
medium, add celery seeds and leeks in it and cook them for about 4 minutes until gets soft.
Take off pan from heat and add vermouth and the scrape up brown bits with wooden spoon.
Add thyme, apple cider, broth and 1 teaspoon of salt in it and then keep this mixture to boil.
Take a small bowl; mix 2tablespoon of flour and 2tablespoon of butter in it. Mix the butter
mixture into the pan until the mixture gets dissolved. Add apples in it and then place the
chicken back in pan with juices. Place this mixture in oven and bake it uncovered for about
25 minutes until the chicken gets cooked and changes to lightly brown in color.

Italian Chicken Cordon Bleu Recipe

Ingredients:
Boneless chicken breasts (4), Mozzarella cheese(4 slices), Garlic powder, Salami(4 slices),

Cut the chicken into very thin cutlets. And then add one slice of ham, salami and shredded

the shredded mozzarella cheese and bake it for another 10 minutes. Now serve it with either

Ingredients:-
Kings Sweet Hawaiian rolls (12 counts), Thin slices of pre-sliced Genoa salami (6), Pre-
sliced ham (1/2 lb), Mayonnaise, Italian dressing (1/4 cup), Pre-sliced turkey breast (1/2 lb),
Provolone cheese (10 slices )

Method Of Preparation:-
Heat the olive oil in a fry pan. Add the onions and peppers, cook it for 6 minutes. Set aside.
Take out Kings Sweet Hawaiian rolls onto a cutting board. Cut into half through the middle
and lay the tops aside. Take care that you don’t separate them. Then spread mayonnaise
according to your taste onto the bottom half. Put thin slices of provolone cheese, Genoa
salami, ham, turkey breast onions and peppers on the top of it. After it put the Italian dressing
on roll tops and place the rolls on sandwich. Use aluminum foil to wrap the sandwich. Bake it
in a oven at 350 degree for 5-6 minutes. Remove the foil and cut the sandwiches. Add a
toothpick and arrange on a platter. Serve it.
